Support Manager £55,000 + Car Allowance North West (Manchester, Liverpool, North Chesire)
Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Support Manager for a national Private Healthcare Provider to cover Nursing and Care Homes in the North West area. You will need to be a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee the operations and ensure the highest standards of care across our various care homes. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding care to our residents.
As the Support Manager you will be responsible for:
Provide effective leadership and management, including the appropriate people are recruited for the key roles and ensure they are trained to complete their role. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with Kingsley's vision and values.
Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development. Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
Implement action plans to maintain compliance and manage risks.
Maintain and enhance the quality of care and environment provided to residents. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Implement performance monitoring and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and outcomes.
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Knowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residents.
