As a Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in enabling residents to live well in their homes and estates. Carrying out surveys to enable future investment programs to be correctly planned and procured.
Managing the delivery of allocated projects to ensure cost, time, and quality requirements are met.
Managing disrepair claims and one-off projects, including adaptations to ensure residents can live safely and independently in the right home.
Procuring, managing, and monitoring the performance of various contracts.

Tendering procedures and contract administration
Significant experience in programming and controlling building work
Significant experience in risk assessment relating to construction work
Hybrid Working
