Land Agent – Private Estate – Highlands

Looking for a dynamic role with a prestigious Estate? We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Land Agent to support a Managing Agent. This is your chance to become part of a forward-thinking team driving innovation across multiple sectors, from sports to renewable energy and beyond.

Role Overview:

In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside an experienced team, contributing to a wide array of Estate activities while gaining invaluable exposure to strategic planning and future-proofing initiatives under the guidance of the Managing Agent.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of Estate management and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively and drive projects forward will be key to your success in this role. Previous experience in team management will be highly regarded.

Key Requirements:

  • of an MRICS/FAAV qualification is preferred, along with a solid grasp of rural property management and environmental practices.
  • interpersonal skills and a passion for achieving results through collaboration.
  • self-starter with the drive to take on new challenges and lead teams to success.
  • in IT tools, combined with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • hunger for continuous learning and professional growth.
