This is a fixed term contract until 31/12/2025, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This position is based at our UK Head Office in Andover, Hampshire; the successful candidate would be required to travel to the office 3 days per week.
Responsible for supporting the deployment of D365 for Le Creuset’s back-office areas for Europe and be part of the wider delivery team running this rollout.
Responsible for the delivery of the Finance work stream in an ERP project across Europe.
Accountable for the delivery of the Finance solution, ensuring that the project is aligned with the scope of the deliverables, meets the needs of the business, and complies with Le Creuset technology standards and principles.
Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards, that they are mobilised in the right way, that the outputs are clear, and that progress is driven to ensure that scope, time, quality, and cost targets are met on a consistent basis.

Project Delivery
with business stakeholders and the IT Team to plan and schedule the delivery of key work stream activities.
responsive and agile techniques where appropriate to ensure that the pace of the implementation matches the expectations of the business teams.
timely, accurate and meaningful project reporting consistent with Le Creuset standards.
intervention to escalate risks and issues on a timely basis.
management of key stakeholders.

systems are documented appropriately according to IT standards.
time to time and as deemed appropriate, ad hoc tasks will be assigned. 5+ years experience in Finance ERP Project Management
Experience of managing projects with a mixed team of internal and external resources

2 Practitioner, PMP, MSP or similar.
~ strong leader and team player with good interpersonal skills able to create a sense of community amongst the Finance Stream and wider ERP Implementation team.
~ track record for sound thinking, creativity, achieving results and financial management.
~ Analyses, interprets and evaluates complex information arriving at logical deductions and conclusions
~(Displays accuracy and quality in his/her written work.
~ This position may require travel within the UK and Europe so a full UK driving licence and valid Passport are essential.
