Provide specified and reliable environmental conditions and report abnormal conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
* Perform preventive maintenance, plan projects, ensure machinery development as required to minimize service interruption.
* Efficiently test, troubleshoot, and repair of all mechanical equipment, components and controls and arrange regular inspections.
* Maintain inventory of spare parts to minimize any downtime on production.
* Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required.
* Repair and maintenance of solenoids, flow controls, jet pulse (dust collector/baghouse).
* Industrial maintenance mechanical certificate in maintenance or certified Red Seal Millwright
* 3-5 years of previous maintenance experience is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude, able to learn new machines and processes within a short time frame.
* Good housekeeping skills in accordance with 5S principles.
