As part of this journey of growth and transformation, they are now looking for a diligent and focused Systems Administrator to join their vibrant and welcoming team.

This opportunity will see you playing a key part in the transformation of the existing ERP system in time for the implementation of a new, fully integrated ERP in 2025. You will partner with multiple departments including Sales and Operations to ensure the smooth input and amendment of accurate data. You will gain exposure to multiple departments across the company, providing you with a solid understanding of how the whole company operates.

You will be working with a small and friendly finance team and reporting directly to the Head of Finance who operates an open-door policy and is exceptionally supportive, approachable and highly professional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting/amending data within their current bespoke system.
  • Transferring data to their new system within the next 18 months.
  • Monthly journal entry.
  • Creation of weekly creditors reports for Head of Finance.
  • Working with premade excel models.
  • Updating the prepayments schedules each month.
  • Updating current excel cash journals each month.
  • Assisting with month end close downs.
  • Update monthly credit card sheet.
  • Data input for intercompany reconciliation sheets.
  • Completion of Office of National Statistics Business insights and conditions surveys online.
  • Ad Hoc: extracting data from current system for analysis.
  • Monthly stock analysis excel preparation.
  • Assist with gathering data for year-end audit.
