Due to recent growth and expansion they are looking for a Lead CNC Miller who is a HURCO or FANUC Programmer (Preferably both) FANUC ROBOT would also be a bonus

This role is paying £18 p/h - £20 p/h + 6% BONUS and any overtime is paid at time and a half

This is a full time position strictly made up of day shifts

Working Hours of Monday to Thursday 06:30 - 15:00 + Friday 06:30 - 14:00

The CNC Milling Team Lead will be responsible for :

  • Overseeing the Milling Team's daily work and machining.
  • Staying and finishing any program/set that isn t finished by the day shift team ensuring its finished so the 2nd shift can run the job.
  • Ensuring works are completed accurately within the required time restraints.
  • Operating Milling machines
  • Conducting machining tasks ensuring works are completed safely and to the highest standards.
  • Performing milling operations,
  • Ensuring team quality control.

The type of candidate they're looking for:

  • Good Machine Operation and Measuring skills
  • 5 years milling experience (Preferably)
  • Apprentice Trained (Preferably)
  • Strong understanding of Quality Control standards
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Experience with CNC machines in Fanuc and/or Hurco
  • Problem-solving skills
