Field Sales Manager Job in Poole
Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established company who are looking for a new Field Sales Manager to join their team, and to manage and develop a portfolio of accounts in Poole, Bournemouth, and the surrounding areas. This Field Sales Manager position will be field based and operates within the food service industry, hence, the ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hold a high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
The successful Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing their own accounts within a designated territory covering Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas, selling, and promoting a broad range of food and catering related products to the foodservice industry. Monday - Friday, 37.Company car with fuel card

Duties & Responsibilities for the Field Sales Manager:

Research, achieve and increase sales turnover and gross profit margins over same period of previous year.
Cold call potential customers to prospect for new business, gain and develop new accounts.
Increase business within existing accounts.
Maximise selling opportunities by analysis of customer menus, profiles, and needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, negotiate terms and close sales.
Complete in a timely manner all administration duties, weekly reports, journey plans, expense reports and sales plans required by the Commercial Sales Manager.
Contribute to collective team sales plans, company promotions and sales goals.
Achieve set bonus targets.
Attend and network at sales training events, corporate days and trade shows.
Knowledge & Experience of the Field Sales Manager:

A Full, UK Driving licence is essential for this role.
Previous background of working in sales is essential.
Target driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent customer service, networking, and communication skills
