We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team, focused on optimizing and expanding card payment solutions within the Online Travel Agency (OTA) sector. This role will be crucial in identifying business needs, analyzing data, and delivering strategic insights to enhance the competitive position of our payment solutions within the OTA industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the OTA sector, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights that drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives.

Business Analysis: Analyze the needs of OTA businesses, identifying opportunities to optimize card payment processes and improve transaction success rates.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, compliance, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of payment solutions.
Identify bottlenecks or pain points in the payment process within the OTA sector, proposing data-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use data analysis tools to monitor payment performance, analyze trends, and provide insights that inform business decisions.
Create detailed business requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases to support project development and ensure clear communication of business needs to internal teams.
Project Support: Risk & Compliance: Support the team in understanding regulatory requirements related to payments and ensure that proposed solutions comply with industry standards.
Propose ongoing enhancements to the payment process based on performance data, market feedback, and internal analysis.

Experience: Proven experience in a business analysis role within the OTA or payments industry, with a strong understanding of how payment solutions integrate into online platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to inform business decisions and process optimizations.
Project Management: Experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication of business requirements, timelines, and objectives.
Ability to think critically and solve complex business problems through data analysis and process improvement.
Understanding of payment systems, transaction success rates, and regulations within the financial services or payments industries.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools, process modelling, and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
