Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work weekends and holidays. This includes competitive compensation starting at $25.00 per hour plus tips.
Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Provides immediate attention to drink orders
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
