*Job Role: *Care and Support Assistant
*Covering 20 mile radius from the Bath Office.
*Due to our customers we are looking for female carers only for this role.*
*Salary: Hourly rates:*
· Weekday hourly rate - £12.Weekend hourly rate - £13.Bank Holiday - enhanced rate
*Shifts: * Ideal candidate would be available to work 7a-2pm and/or evenings (2pm or 4pm start) and every other weekend.
*Free Enhanced DBS check (subject to terms).
Free Uniform (tunic and fleece).
Company mobile phone.
Free training.
Fixed 2-week rolling rota pattern.
Mileage is paid at *45p per mile* and travel time is paid at your hourly rate.
There is a generous Recommend a Friend scheme in place paying up to £900 for each referral.

*We are offering flexible hours to suit your own individual needs, whether that is family or other commitments, we are accepting anyone who can only work between school hours, bank work or just weekends. We’re looking for individuals who wish to start or continue a rewarding career in Social Care. Working in the community, you will assist Service Users with various tasks. This includes light domestic duties, personal care, companionship and meal preparation whilst encouraging their independence. You do not need previous experience. What you need is a passion to care for others, a willingness to learn along with a calm and trustworthy nature.
*Our Service Users live in the community within Bath & Keynsham so a car and UK driving licence is necessary for this role.
