Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to Key stage 3-4 students in line with the National curriculum
  2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  4. Encourage students to develop their language skills through reading, writing, speaking, and listening activities
  5. Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
Qualifications
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / PGCE
  2. Proven experience in teaching Secondary English
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational trends
