The Data Entry / Order Management Specialist is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance. Based in the Milton Keynes office, the hours are: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.Please note that this is NOT a remote position. As a Data Entry / Order Management Specialist, you will:
Manage the implementation of incoming orders with precision.
Enter new business orders into the SAP system, set up accounts, vehicle lists, multiple user logins
Process additions to fleet orders and account renewals for existing customers.
Play a pivotal role in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores and meeting Key Performance Indicators.

Based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes.
Experienced in order processing, preferably with SAP knowledge.
Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.
