  • Act as a Key Person, providing tailored care and support to individual children.
  • Carry out observations and assessments in line with the EYFS.
  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to share updates on children's progress.
Requirements: A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). A minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a nursery setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and experience in carrying out the Key Person role. Passion for working with young children and a kind, patient nature.
