We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade professional to join our team. As a Multi Trade, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks across different trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing, decorating, tiling. This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to adapt to different projects and situations.
Multi Trader/ Multi Skilled Carpenter duties:
* Perform carpentry tasks such as laying flooring and kitchen fitting
* Conduct basic plumbing repairs and installation
* Perform decorating tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, making good and finishing touches
* Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently
* Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes
* Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, decorating & tiling
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
* own tools, own van, dbs & public liability required, asbestos awareness preferred
