Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis:
Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes ("as is") within the NHS framework.
Develop and design future state processes ("to be") that align with project goals and NHS standards.
Produce comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Gap Analysis
Perform gap analysis to identify the differences between current state and future state processes.
Support the implementation of new processes and ensure a smooth transition from "as is" to "to be" states.
Assist in training and supporting end-users during the changeover period.
Business Analyst key skills;
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software.
Relevant qualifications in business analysis or related field.
