Our client is a digital marketing agency who create influencer partnerships and Google Ad campaigns for their clients. Whilst still in their infancy, they are looking to grow rapidly within the industry over the next year and are looking for an experienced team member to help them take the next step on this journey.

What we need from you as a Digital Marketing Account Manager:

  • You will need a minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role as a Digital Marketing Manager , within an agency environment
  • Experience in working within at least one of: 1) PPC Marketing (Google Ads), 2) Influencer Marketing, 3) A Digital Marketing Agency
  • Understand Influencer Marketing (YouTube, Podcasts, social media)
  • Experienced in dealing and communicating with clients
  • Experience using CRM systems and good level of IT literacy
  • No need to drive as the role is remote, but you must live within commutable distance of Birmingham city centre, for when the team need to meet up for meetings etc
  • Able to work using your own initiative

Desirable:

  • Google Ads qualifications

What the role involves:

This role will be split between administration tasks and technical digital marketing tasks.

Administration duties include:

  • Raising invoices and sending to clients
  • Creating service proposals and sending to clients
  • Chasing invoice payments (when required)
  • Following up leads
  • Liaising with current clients via email and calls, including email inbox management
  • Outreach to new potential clients (both Google Ads & Influencer Marketing)
  • Send out onboarding documents to new Google Ads Clients
  • Inputting content creator stats and rates into a pitch document
  • Market research using specified software

Technical duties include:

  • Utilising accounting software and CRM systems
  • Researching Influencers within certain categories based on client briefs
  • Creating slide decks for potential clients
  • Making changes to a clients Google Ad account, key word research, and analysing performance (training provided if candidate does not have experience in carrying out this task)

Salary/hours: £28,000 basic up to £30,000 OTE pro rata for part time hours.

Part time - Working 10am 2pm/3pm each day, flexible on start & finish times. 20 plus hours plus per week.

Full time Working 9am 5pm Monday Friday.
