Senior Production Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Production Engineer to join their growing team This is a full time, permanent role based in our office in Neath.
This is a key role within the Research and Development department.
As a Senior Production Engineer you will support the production and R&D teams with the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing.
Create and maintain current assembly standard operating procedures (SOP's).
Create and maintain assembly routings.
Design and develop assembly jigs and fixtures.
Design, develop and implement assembly cells including line balancing activities.
Calculate assembly cycle time.
Support production though NPI
Mechanical engineering degree or similar
Experience in the assembly of electronics
Experience working with Cable and harnessing.
Experience of 3D Parametric CAD (Desirable)
Proficiency with Microsoft office, primarily excel and word.
