Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative for our client in St Leonards-on-Sea. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our company.

We are looking for someone with good knowledge of the construction market and sales experience.

The Hours:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30-17:00

Week 2: Monday to Friday 07:30-17:00 Saturday 08:00-12:00

Duties:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, social media)

- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients

- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings

- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales or a related field

- Strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

- Solid understanding of the sales process and techniques

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant IT tools

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
