£26k-£36k DOE TSR are working with a long-standing client who are looking for an Ecologist to join their team on a permanent basis. This position will see the Ecologist be an integral part of their Environmental and Sustainability Division, this position will be on a hybrid basis with some travel across the UK where needed. The Ecologist will be: Conducting field work for first and Phase 2 surveys, Completing the associated reports and conducting environmental impact assessments. Liaise with clients, project managers and stakeholders, and work closely with our arboriculturist. Qualifications needed for the Ecologist: Degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or related field Experience in ecological, habitat and wildlife assessment and identification, field work, and botany Proficiency in report writing and conducting environmental impact assessments CIEEM membership - Associate or higher Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team Full UK Driving License The following would be advantageous: Protected Species License(s).
