We are seeking a highly skilled Fit Out Site Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Duties and responsibilities. Manage and coordinate all on site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets. Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds project specifications. Lead, motivate, and support on site teams to achieve project objectives effectively. Conduct regular site inspections and attend project meetings to provide updates and resolve any issues as they arise.Requirements. Possess a strong track record of delivering fast track fit out projects. Possess suitable H&S qualifications including First Aid, CSCS and SMSTS Possess good leadership and motivational skills.
