Our client is a well-respected law firm in the area, and they are currently seeking a dedicated Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their successful Litigation department.
You would be working alongside a dynamic team of legal professionals, handling a diverse and challenging caseload. This role offers exposure to a wide range of disputes, including property litigation, boundary disputes, leaseholder issues, breach of contract matters, and more. You'll have the opportunity to work on cases involving SME businesses, business owners, insurers, private individuals, and other entities, ensuring a diverse and intellectually stimulating caseload.
To excel in this role, it is essential that you have experience in a similar position, with exposure and understanding of Commercial Property litigation. The ideal candidate would have several years of experience in a general commercial litigation role, with strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes.
The firm is offering a competitive salary, 27 days of holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas shutdown, and nearby parking. The role is offered on a hybrid basis with the view of becoming fully hybrid within 6-12 months.
The role can be offered on a full-time 9-5 basis.
