The Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Year Manager to join our client school in Glossop. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young people and contribute to their overall wellbeing and success.

Providing pastoral support and guidance to students, including monitoring attendance, behaviour, and academic progress
Liaising with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to address individual student needs and concerns
Organising and facilitating year group events, assemblies, and enrichment activities to promote a sense of belonging and community
Previous experience in a pastoral or student support role within a school setting is essential
A genuine passion for supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of young people
Relevant qualifications or training in pastoral care, youth work, or a related field (desirable)Details:
