Sapiens UK (Cardiff office) is urgently seeking a Program/Project Director to join our team of Life & Pensions software delivery experts.
You will hold primary responsibility for ensuring quality project delivery, whilst prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Location: Cardiff, UK (Hybrid Flexible)
Please note that this role is open to Candidates that can easily commute to our Cardiff office. We are not offering Visa/Relocation support.
Our ideal hire will be a business executive who understands and can manage the delicate balance of ensuring the profitable growth of Sapiens’ business in a defined account/territory, ensuring quality project delivery, achieving its financial targets, whilst ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty are optimized.
The effective and efficient execution of this role governs the overall business performance of the company and hence is seen as critical to its success.

Delivery Management:
The Program Director is the final point of accountability for ensuring quality, timely and on-budget delivery of Sapiens’ operations, solutions, and projects. P&L Management:
10+ years of management experience (staff and budget responsibility) in service delivery within a global enterprise software solutions company. A background of working within Life & Pensions Insurance industry will be a big advantage.
~ Familiar with Agile methodology.
~ Proven experience of leading international clients and engagement teams through the delivery of complex software solutions.
~ Proven experience of growing business with existing customers both hands-on and by leading a team of account managers.
~ Excellent client relationship management skills and the ability to play a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives.
~ Proven track record of successful solution delivery with demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects, juggling competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
~ Excellent communication skills (additional languages are an advantage).
~ Ability to be able to travel to meet with the client in Turku/Helsinki as and when required, and some occasional international travel may be required.
