As part of the Engineering team, you will be supporting the team of Shift Engineers reporting directly
to the Site Engineering Manager, or Operations Manager in their absence. Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm. hours, to provide support and cover for colleagues during absences, including longer working periods,

The Building Services Technician
will maintain a high level of quality, providing maximum satisfaction to all stakeholders, providing 1st
fix response to fault finding with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry & decorating skills.
To provide infrastructure, facilities and building maintenance
* Comply with organisational safety, policies and procedures and identify hazards and reduce
To diagnose simple faults and to test, repair domestic water, Sanitation systems, Basic Single
and three phase electrical installation repairs. .
* To observe, recognise, report and rectify substandard conditions of building finishes, fixtures
To carry out basic plumbing, mechanical and carpentry tasks.
* Accurately enter data onto the companies CMMS System, including remedial work and
To support hygiene team by removing, replacing and installing guards to aid cleaning
* Carry out all assigned planned preventative maintenance.

* Ensure 5s standards are maintained at all times and operate a clean as you go policy.
