DSAT Analyst/Learning Designer

Daily rate contract role

Starting immediately

Length: 2-3 months

Hybrid – Remote and 2 days onsite in Bristol

Day rate: circa £275 (outside IR35)

The company:

Instinct is currently working with a growing organisation who work within the defence sector to create and improve a wide range of DSAT learning material covering a variety of areas.

This company is expanding and are taking on a new Army focused project which will require an experienced DSAT Analyst/Courseware Designer to be part of this exciting project.

The role:

Working across Phase 1 & 2 (Analysis and Design), this person will create learning content aimed at Army Collective Training.

You will work as part of a small team to carry out detailed Learning Needs Analysis and write the learning content ensuring all material is DSAT and JSP822 compliant.

The person

The successful person will:

• Be highly experienced within DSAT analysis and learning design (DSAT experience is essential)

• Will have an Army background, ideally working within Army Collective Training

• Will currently be SC security cleared

• Available to start this project immediately

• Happy to work onsite once or twice a week in Bristol

Rewards

Working at a competitive daily rate of around £275 per day, this role offers flexibility and working on a hybrid basis. Travel expenses are covered for the onsite travel costs.
