The Coaching Inn Group is the premier operator of historic Coaching Inns and premium destination hotels in beautiful market towns and beauty spots across the UK, and we have been awarded the AA Hotel Group of the Year 2023-24.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef Designate to join our team at The Ruland Arms , Bakewell, Derbyshire and work closely with our management and kitchen team , taking responsibility in the absence of our Head Chef and supporting with managing the team and developing the menu. You will need to have experience as a Senior Sous Chef/ Head Chef in a quality fresh food restaurant or hotel who wants to take the next step your career. Temporary accommodation may be available if relocating.

Passionate about food and culinary excellence

Experience with fresh food and has capability to manage and maintain a rosette awarded restaurant but can also manage volume day time sales
An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes
This is a unique opportunity to lead our kitchen, whilst our Head Chef is out of the business, at a quality business.
