A fanastic opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Value Stream Manager / Production Manager to join the business and manage end-to-end operations within a dedicated value stream.
Provide strong leadership and motivate the team of printers, operators and quality control technicians to make the value stream successful
Implement and develop robust SOP's and lean principles practices to drive efficiencies and reduce waste
Drive a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high quality products within the value stream
Manage project plans, budgets and resources within the value stream
Analyse data and make decisions to optimise profitability and productivity
HND/Degree in a relevant manufacturing, engineering, project management or similar discipline
Experience gained in a printing, paper or similar fmcg environment - advantageous
