Landscaping Foreman We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Landscaping Foreman to join our companies highly skilled fast growing team on a permanent basis in the Reading region. We are looking for a Landscaping Foreman who is ambitious, driven and self-motivated to help the landscaping team to deliver high-quality customer service. Responsibilities: As a Landscaping Foreman you will lead a specialist team to deliver high quality projects to the customer base. You will expand the teams to meet the requirements of the business, develop the individuals within and to ensure the company’s reputation remains excellent. You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures are met and followed. You will have excellent industry knowledge and will be able to demonstrate this through possessing experience in a similar role.Requirements Strong English written and communication skills required. Must have experience with soft landscaping. Have leadership experience in the same or similar industry. Eligible to live and work in the UK, without restriction. Posses a full UK driver’s license.
