We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our prestigious projects throughout London. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile developments, ensuring the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of super-prime construction projects across London, from inception to completion, with a focus on quality, schedule, and budget management. Collaborate closely with the design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication throughout all project phases. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and addressing any issues or risks proactively to ensure project success. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team, mentoring junior members and promoting professional development opportunities.

Requirements: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the super-prime construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts. Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
