Rate: £300.00 per hour PAYE direct

Hours: 58 Hours per week

We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to join our team for a critical Turbine Construction Project in Ellesmere Port.

Position Overview:

As the QC Supervisor for the Turbine Construction Project, working on a new build Energy from Waste plant. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control procedures during the construction phase, ensuring that all work adheres to the highest standards of safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage quality control procedures and processes throughout the turbine construction project.

• Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Monitor and document all aspects of the construction work to ensure it meets the required quality specifications.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations from quality standards.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve quality-related issues.

• Maintain meticulous records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions.

• Develop and implement quality control plans, protocols, and procedures.

• Provide training and guidance to construction staff on quality control best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a similar role within the energy, manufacturing, or construction sector.

• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and comprehensive documentation.

• Relevant qualifications in quality control or a related field.
