Our client is committed to delivering exceptional financial services with a strong focus on client satisfaction and professionalism. We are looking for someone with a background in financial services to work alongside the Account Managers to provide efficient sales support administration.
Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Salary: Up to 30,000
Location: Basingstoke
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting new credit proposals, ensuring all necessary data required for making accurate credit decisions
- Promptly communicate credit decisions to Account Managers and clients within agreed SLA's
- Proactively work with Account Managers to meet monthly targets, taking an active role in managing and converting the pipeline using the CRM database
- Generating and processing incoming documentation requests from clients
- Conducting monthly new business calls in collaboration with Account Managers
- Overseeing the deal process, serving as the primary contact throughout
- Addressing issues and collaborating with internal support departments to resolve them, escalating urgent matters as necessary
Skills and Experience:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to juggle a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
