Monday to Friday: 37.Permanent position

We are looking for a  Junior Product Manager to work within the Marketing and New Product Development team on projects across the continence portfolio.
Responsible for the collation of all information related to the product or brand area
Use information and insights to develop the product or brand plan
With managerial support and guidance, identify product/brand positioning and appropriate market segmentation techniques
Establish quantitative and qualitative objectives for the product/brand
With managerial support and guidance develop an appropriate strategy for the brands/products taking into account the product life cycle
Identify opportunities and threats relevant to the products and brands
Identification and partnering in the development of product/brand KoLs
Work with the New Product Development team to ensure pipeline is aligned to strategy and customer needs are defined and met
Influence sales team to align with product/brand plans
We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven background in product marketing and project management who is ready for the next step in their career
Excellent project management abilities
Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
Analytical and data-driven
