Job Description

Scheduler, Temporary assignment, ASAP start, Birmingham Your new company You will be working for an established company which has transformed the UK’s infrastructure. This company focusses on sustainable infrastructure. Their work spans various sectors. This organisation is based in North Birmingham, with an immediate start date.

Your new role As a Scheduler, you will focus on the administration of updating databases and all use of Excel. This role requires communication with both internal and external stakeholders and requires the support of operations teams with training and guidance. As the scheduler, you will produce ad-hoc reports, as well as support ad-hoc projects. This role also includes daily monitoring and processing of shared mailbox requests, so experience of this would be essential. Previous experience using CAFM would be desirable but not required. Please note you will be required to work on-site four days a week. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of scheduler, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must have relevant and recent experience in office co-ordination. Good literacy skills and previous experience of using Excel is essential to being successful. You must also have the initiative to solve problems independently as well as be proactive in looking for issues to identify opportunities. This role requires a flexible and adaptive approach whilst having a positive working attitude.

What you'll get in return You will receive an annual salary equivalent of between £26,000 to £28,000, depending on experience. This company offers excellent employee benefits as well as flexible work arrangements.
