Site Manager – South East London – Live Ward Refurbishment Our client is a Commercial developer that has sites across London, who are looking for a Site Manager to deliver a project in South East London. The site is due to start imminently. The Project:

  • Live ward refurb
  • 4 Month project
Tasks/ Responsibilities:
  • Ordering of Labour
  • Ordering of Plant Chairing & attending weekly meetings
  • Ordering of Materials
  • Identify and resolve any issues with the project
  • To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/ Qualifications required:
  • SMSTS & Black Card
  • Driving License (preferred not essential)
  • Strong work ethic
  • First Aid Certificate
