Assistant Project Manager We are seeking an experienced  Assistant Project Manager  to join our team in in the delivery of expert project, programme, and portfolio support to a key client.
We are a trusted delivery partner to clients in the N uclear energy sector .
Enthusiastic teams work together across disciplines including organisational transformation and integration, systems engineering, and program management to deliver full life cycle solutions from concept through to operations and decommissioning.
The Assistant Project Manager will work alongside and assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. They are responsible for coordinating various project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project stays on track.
They will support the Project Team with internal process compliance, including the progress and status reporting of all functional and business requirements specific to the programme. Processing and expediting relevant documents within SharePoint.
Assisting with informing the project team on performance, issues, and risks.
Ad-hoc tasks generated or requested by the Programme Lead and/or PMO Lead to meet imposing deadlines as they arise or are advised.
Experience in project coordination or related role.
A keen problem-solver, able to take initiative and drive the project forward.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
0365 and SharePoint.
This position is hybrid, with occasional visits to Client offices for workshops and meetings.
