PA to Finance Director and Director of Operations

As PA to the Head of Finance and the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that both of their requirements are met, whilst being part of a team of PA's who are encouraging and supportive. We are seeking an individual who has the ability to manage the workload of two individuals and can engage with them both to build trust and relationships.
· Proactively handling correspondence and issues arising on a day to day basis.
· Coordination and managing all aspects of the diary so as to ensure optimum time management.
· Organizing and preparing for meetings including papers, take accurate minutes, draft agendas and ensure all actions are completed in the necessary time-frames.
· Ensuring full preparation for all internal and external meetings by taking a proactive approach and researching where useful.
· Ideally a PA or EA background.
· Proven track record of supporting more than one individual.
· High energy and enthusiasm to fit in the fast paced environment.
