As a Swim Manager at Heston, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our swim school, swimming lessons, and swim school programming at our Heston site, as well as acting as a Duty Manager for a min 2 shifts a week. As an ambitious, results-driven Swim Manager, you will look to grow our swim school through innovation and creative ideas, develop our teachers through CPD training, whilst working collaboratively with other departments across the business to ensure an innovative programme of activities that support and give back to the local community, are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure the swim school brand is fully implemented at the centre.
Forge positive working relationships with the local Swimming Clubs, Schools and the Council's Sports Development Team to the benefit of the Learn to Swim Programme and swimming in general.
Line management (swim instructor, school instructors) responsibilities for recruitment, induction, delivering training, appraisal, development, and performance management of staff, including one-to-ones
Deal with any H&S incidents, accidents, safeguarding concerns & report on the management system.
Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification
Experience working in wet operations ideally and be now looking to move into a senior or management position
