Thrive are currently partnered with an exceptional construction services company with offices all over The UK. We are now looking to hire an experienced Team Leader to work at their Rochester office in Kent supervising all areas of the sales support and sales operation team.

Ideally you will have a strong background in customer service or sales administration as a team leader or supervisor. It is essential that you have previous supervisory experience in either a sales support, administration or customer service environment.

In order to succeed in this role you will have a great understanding of the sales lifecycle and be used tracking sales activity whilst supervising a small team of telesales and sales support colleagues. You will be an excellent communicator and used to liaising with external sales, account managers and the head of sales on a regular basis in order to help maintain call levels and hit KPI`s.

This is an urgent position, based onsite, working Monday to Friday.
