As a Senior Executive/ Associate Manager, you will collaborate with top talent and work on exciting campaigns for prestigious brands such as the Financial Times, Kiwi.com, and Puresport.

Who we’re looking for – at a glance:  

  • Strong, hands-on experience managing large scale, complex paid search campaigns
  • Anything from 1-3 years work experience
  • Ambitious and proactive people who want to get stuck-in 
  • Sociable people with excellent communication skills - we're >80% client-facing 
  • Strong analytical skills (everyone in our team is somewhere on the scale from great at analytics to world-class data scientist) 
  • An understanding of digital marketing, which could be in social media, paid media (social / display etc.), web & app conversion optimisation, analytics, creative

Senior Performance Marketing Executives / Associate Managers – typical responsibilities:  

  • Management of paid search campaigns including planning, build, optimisation and reporting (specific to this role)
  • Collaborating with the broader In Digital team to develop and execute best-in-class performance marketing strategies across various channels, including paid media, site and app optimization, and digital analytics. 
  • Engaging in client-facing interactions from the outset, taking ownership of building and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with clients. 
  • Managing the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search / Shopping campaigns, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, and Mobile App Marketing. 
  • Working closely with senior team members to ensure end-to-end optimization of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, and creative elements to not only meet but exceed our clients' objectives. 
  • Contributing to strategy development by identifying new growth opportunities
  • Conducting thorough performance reporting and analysis, extracting valuable insights and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement and campaign success. 
  • Delivering compelling presentations to senior client stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
