Position Overview: We are looking for driven and passionate Sales Consultants to promote and sell our learner training solutions to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed through education and training. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our employer base.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
Build and maintain relationships with prospective employers to build on our pipeline of sales activity
Understand employer needs and recommend appropriate training solutions to meet their goals
Present and demonstrate our training programs to individuals and decision-makers at employers
Negotiate terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets
Collaborate with our marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
Provide exceptional customer service and support to employers throughout the sales process

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education training sector
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines
Willingness to travel and work out of our Stoke office 1 day a week

4,000 per annum car allowance or company car
