Due to continued business growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for a Data & Valuations Administrator to join our brilliant housing team.

Reporting to the Head of Customer & Operations – Electrical Division, as a Data Administrator you will be responsible for sending valuations and invoicing to our clients. By doing this, you will help us deliver the highest quality service. On time. Whatever the assignment. You will carefully gather information from our engineers reports in order to create accurate valuations and invoices. You will work closely with our housing manager and finance team to ensure all queries are handled. Our housing team members help our engineers get to where they are needed, when they’re needed. That’s just our thing

As a Data & Valuations Administrator, you’ll offer previous experience in data or invoicing administration or a similar role, have a head for numbers and an accurate, methodical approach with excellent attention to detail.

You’ll also communicate confidently and effectively as you will be working with a variety of amazing people from across our business.

You’ll have strong Excel skills, as well as being adept at using online portals, systems and processes. As a proficient administration professional who isn't afraid of a challenge, you’ll enjoy our changing environment as we continue to grow at an impressive pace

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same at BES Group. As a Data & Valuations Administrator, you’ll be working in a busy department within the business that sees high volumes of valuations, and is growing consistently. The scope of this role will grow over time as you develop your skills and experience but some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Working to deadlines to send valuations to clients on agreed dates/time.
  • Gather engineers reports for the valuation
  • Update the valuation google sheet to communicate with the verification team when reports are collected and ready to verify
  • Provide updates to your Line Manager by filling in the valuation document daily
  • Full understanding and utilisation of Eworks
  • Assist the Housing Commercial Manager in any queries with draft invoicing and KPI’s
  • Client meetings to be attended when needed

What experience do I need?

Our team consists of the best Customer & Operations team members, we should know, we trained them

You will offer previous data administration or invoicing experience, ideally gained from working in a similar role. We are open to different levels of experience and backgrounds but to work for us you must have the right attitude, aptitude and appetite for what we do; Keeping Britain Safe. You’ll also:

  • Offer previous experience in a data or invoicing administration role
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft Excel and online portals/systems confidently
  • A head for numbers and ability to work with complex data
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to working
  • Self-motivated, proactive and driven to deliver
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • An aptitude for systems and processes and ability to learn swiftly
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal relationships
  • Have lots of enthusiasm to deliver a refreshing customer experience, every time
