Role Type: Full time / Permanent
You'll support the warships business unit producing labour and material estimating for the core ship programme.

Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for compiling labour and material estimates from work specifications, drawings and site visits in support of bids and for additional and emergent work during the project delivery phase.

Engaging with internal and external stakeholders and customers you will ensure that the estimates that you produce meet the project need
Supporting the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle by providing timely data analysis to support management information and decision-makingThis role is full time 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (primarily MS Excel and MS Teams)
PPS, Mobi Dashboard, SSDD, Virtual Bridge, BR1 @Risk, Candy, ProPricer) experience - Desirable
Experience of cost estimating, cost and data analysis and cost assurance - Desirable
A sound understanding of the project environment would be an advantageQualifications for the Estimator
