About The Role Female Support Worker -Rosendale, Lydstep -£11.00 per hour -Full Time: 43.4 hours per week - Part Time: 18/24/30 hours per week (Working 10am - 4pm or 11am - 5pm)
Plus an annual location allowance of £1500

Please note this role is designated for female applicants only in accordance the specific need of the individuals being supported and therefore exempt form the Equality act 2010.
Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and the rolling Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendaleoffers a calm, supportive and homely living environment for up to six adultsfrom the age of 18.In themain house are four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area and a kitchen/dining area. If you possess a compassionate nature and find fulfilment in empowering remarkable adults through nurturing, caring, motivating, and encouraging their decision-making, then this role is tailor-made for you.
Support our people during recreational activities,outingsand community integration;
Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;
We are looking for people who care and have:
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts;
This job role involves regulated activity with adultsand requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
