Deputy Care Manager

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of our day to day running of our domically care company.

Supervise and support the care team in delivering high-quality care to residents/patients
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Experience in home or assisted living settings
- Knowledge of home care services and practices
- Proficient in supervising and managing a care team
- Familiarity with dementia care principles and techniques
