Job Opening: Head of Operations Rides and Attractions

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and exceptional Head of Operations to work in our Rides and Attractions department. You will work alongside our Head of Operations as part of the senior management team. Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring the day to day running of the park is operating to the standards our guests expect in a world-class theme park
  2. Supporting and aligning teams to deliver exceptional results exceeding expectations
  3. Leading rides maintenance and ride operations teams
  4. Overseeing Health and Safety management ensuring all policies, practices, training, and legal requirements are adhered to and meet compliance
  5. Leading activities across the park to ensure ride uptime and handover is being achieved enhancing guest experience
  6. Running a smooth Park operation where teams are working together to ensure park results are being achieved and all teams are working towards improving the guest experience
  7. Managing costs in payroll and operating expenses to ensure company profitability

  • You will typically work 40 hours any 5 days out of 7

Key Skills and Attributes

Experience of working within a theme park and/or attractions park management role, drive customer satisfaction, incident & crisis management experience, excellent relationship management, and the ability to lead multiple teams.
