Enterprise Business Analyst

This role will be responsible for supporting change in line with our business roadmap, to ensure we are using our existing & future products in the most efficient way possible, improving end user experience while ensuring compliance with local & legal regulations. The role will require working with internal & external stakeholders to understand business problems, gather requirements and translate them into a model that will allow the organisation to achieve its goals.

Develop a strong understanding of our existing system and application landscape as a building block for future solutions.
Work with an internal and external team to help shape the landscape and solutions that will allow Primark to achieve our strategic goals.
Using interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis and business process evaluations to gather business requirements.
Work with and challenge business units on their assumptions to help deliver solutions for their current and future needs.
Work with information gathered from multiple sources, evaluate true business requirement from user request and ensure that proposed solution is reconciled with all business inputs, and resolve business conflicts as required.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
Technology experience in Enterprise P&C, Finance, Legal or Procurement applications.
Experience of working within Agile environments and methodologies.
Experience of the elements of a Project Management role and an understanding of PMO requirements.
Possess the ability to work alongside senior management at all levels within Finance, Procurement, Legal, P&C (HR), Technology, the business and external service providers/business partners.
