Days Electrical Team Leader Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an Electrical Team Leader to join our well established client, working 12-hour days. The Role:

  • Required to manage their team to carry out Planned Maintenance in line with the schedule set on the CMMS.
  • Fault find on all equipment and control systems, to identify solutions to problems which arise.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of skilled and apprentice craftsmen in all aspects of the workplace.
  • The team is responsible across site to improve performance & reliability.
  • Plan labour & material requirements for plant needs.
  • Planning & delegating activities of Team Members and contractors.
  • Undertake Technician role as required.
  • Carry out PPM inspections.
  • Deputise for 1st Line engineering management.
  • Write and review risk assessments, method statements and procedures.
  • Ensures business health and safety instructions are followed.
  • Use the Maintenance management system to its full capability.
  • Manage the permitting system for the department.
  • Respond to breakdowns under own initiative.
Requirements:
  • A recognised electrical engineering apprenticeship (Preferably HNC but minimum ONC level or equivalent).
  • Sound plant engineering knowledge and experience of industrial systems.
  • Focused on management of Safety, Health & Environment.
  • High technical ability and be the first point of call for problem solving.
  • Have a Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) mindset and able to suggest inspection improvements and failure reduction measures.
Salary: £42,007.71 including shift allowance This is a Full time, Permanent position
