You will like The M&E Quantity Surveyor M&E QS job itself where you will play an instrumental part in managing their Commercial team. More specifically:

  • Negotiating contracts
  • Managing the financials of projects up to the value of £5M
  • Building and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors
  • Working on highly respected projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
  • Putting together risk assessments
Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them. You will have To be successful as M&E Quantity Surveyor M&E QS you will be currently working within the Building Services Sector as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Quantity Surveyor or Electrical Quantity Surveyor. Also, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management.
