Job Title: Regional Carer
As a Regional Carer, you'll get to experience 3 of our beautiful homes based in the Gloucester and Herefordshire area, Deer Park, Upton Mill and Thirlestaine Park.
Our homes provide expert 24-hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care in contemporary and elegant surroundings. They offer an array of luxurious facilities; including beautifully decorated bedrooms equipped with ensuite wet-rooms, a selection of stylish lounges, multiple restaurants, a gym, cafe, cinema, a sumptuous hairdressing salon, leisure and wellness room, a private dining room and breath-taking gardens.

About the role
You will care for our residents as if they were members of your own family, recognising that each one of them is an individual with their own needs and preferences. You will help them in making choices regarding their care and support them with every aspect of daily living, from washing and toileting to dressing and assisting at mealtimes where required. Throughout all of your interactions with our residents, you will ensure that their needs are met through the delivery of dignified and person-centred care.
About You
You will be cheerful, caring and compassionate, as well as having a flexible approach to working shifts. If you have experience in care, that is great, but your personal qualities are far more important to us, and we will provide full training and support for you to start your career in care.
The successful candidate will be subject to the provision of satisfactory references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and you must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
You must also be able to drive and have a car to be able to travel to the different homes as required.
